Dag Food is a leading Turkish producer and exporter of premium dried fruits and nuts. Based in Malatya, the world-renowned capital of dried apricots, we source and export dried apricots from Malatya, dried figs from Aydın, and hazelnuts from the Black Sea region of Türkiye. For nearly 40 years, we have been dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. This commitment has enabled us to establish long-term partnerships with customers in more than 40 countries worldwide.

Milestones

- 1986
Dag Ticaret started trading dried apricots in the historic Malatya Apricot Market, laying the foundations of a family business built on trust, quality, and long-term relationships.
- 2009
Dag Kuru Gıda Tarım Ürünleri Ltd. Şti. was established, marking the company’s transition from local trading to international exports and opening the door to global markets.
- 2018
A modern processing and packaging facility was commissioned, equipped with advanced technologies and designed in accordance with international food safety and quality standards.
- 2022
By strengthening its export activities across Europe and other international markets, Dag Food further enhanced its reputation as a reliable supplier in the global dried fruit industry.
- 2026
Serving customers in over 40 countries, Dag Food continues to connect the finest products of Anatolia with international markets through quality, reliability, and sustainable partnerships.
